Project overview

Cantinho

A warm identity for a place where food, learning and shared moments come together.

Cantinho was created as a place for learning, sharing and enjoying food. More than a culinary space, it was imagined as an extension of the kitchen at home: welcoming, informal and made for the pleasure of cooking and being together.

The challenge was to give this idea a clear visual presence. The identity needed to feel warm and accessible without becoming overly rustic or predictable. It had to reflect the joy of food while positioning Cantinho as a space where people could explore flavours, develop their skills and create memories around the table.

The strategy centred on conviviality, discovery and exchange. Cantinho brings people closer to food and to one another, turning cooking into an open, enjoyable experience rather than something distant or intimidating.

Two symbols became the foundation of the visual language.

The kitchen represents the heart of the brand. It is where ingredients are transformed, knowledge is shared and simple moments become meaningful experiences. More than a place to prepare food, it reflects Cantinho’s role as a space for participation and discovery.

The smile represents the happiness that comes from cooking and sharing a meal. Integrated into the logo, it gives the identity a direct and human expression, reinforcing the lightness and sense of welcome at the centre of the experience.

The result is a visual identity that gives Cantinho a clear sense of place: a welcoming setting for food, connection and the small pleasures that become memorable when shared.
