Project overview

Acerta

A more agile and human expression for a brand that brings people and work closer together.

Acerta connects employers and employees, helping make the relationship between people and work more direct, accessible and meaningful.

The brand was entering a new stage, but its existing visual presence did not yet reflect that direction. The redesign focused on modernising the identity and giving Acerta a friendlier, more agile and more reliable expression that could better support its evolving positioning.

Rather than replacing the brand from scratch, the existing logo became the starting point. Its core structure was refined through a geometric grid, bringing more balance and consistency to the symbol while preserving the elements that made it recognisable.

The letter A informed the construction of the surrounding shapes. Their directional movement suggests agility and momentum, reflecting Acerta’s role in helping people and opportunities move towards one another.

At the centre, a circle became the visual anchor of the symbol. It represents trust, resilience and the unifying role of the brand. The surrounding forms converge towards this point, reinforcing the idea of connection between employers, employees and the possibilities created when both sides meet.

The visual identity extended this renewed direction beyond the logo. A clearer, more approachable system gave Acerta the flexibility to communicate with confidence while remaining human and easy to engage with.

Acerta moved from a logo that simply identified the company to an identity that could express where it was heading: more open, responsive and ready to connect people with opportunity.
